Reina Sofia National Museum of Art
The Reina Sofia Museum was inaugurated on September 10, 1992. It is Spain's leading museum of contemporary and 20th century art, with an outstanding permanent collection of great Spanish artists such as Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí.
Official College of Physicians of Madrid
Founded in 1893, ICONEM is the official institution that brings together all physicians legally practicing in the Community of Madrid. Its headquarters are located in the former premises of the Hospital Clínico de San Carlos.
Prado Museum
The Museo Nacional del Prado is one of the most notable museums in the world and the most recognized nationally. It is also one of the most visited museums in Spain and is considered its most outstanding cultural institution. Its main attraction is its collection, with works by artists such as Velázquez, El Greco and Goya.
Circo Price Theater
The Teatro Circo Price was inaugurated in 2007, although it was originally located in the Jardín de las Delicias of the old Paseo de Recoletos. It is a scenic space with a capacity of 1706 spectators that makes Madrid one of the cities with several stable circuses.
Royal Botanical Garden
With a length of 8 hectares, the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid is located next to the Paseo del Prado. In its three terraces it houses different European plants, as well as plants from America and the Pacific.
Atocha Railway Station
Atocha station is a railway complex located near the Plaza del Emperador Carlos V in Madrid. Atocha station is divided into three distinct areas: Puerta de Atocha station, through which high-speed trains and most of the long-distance trains run; Atocha-Cercanías station; and the connection with the metro and bus network, which also makes the station an interchange.
